Acrylic film: easy to process and produce, good transparency, low price, good weather resistance, and high viscosity. Silicone protective film: Good temperature resistance, easy to control the smoothness of the adhesive surface, good low-temperature characteristics, and good adhesion to silicon and sulfide materials.

4. Price difference:

Acrylic adhesive protective film has a low price and high viscosity, and can be used in various products. Silicon protective film has a slightly higher price and is mainly suitable for pasting on glass surfaces or mirror products. Due to its exhaust function, this protective film has better high and low temperature performance than acrylic protective film. The acrylic protective film has a scraping and hardening phenomenon, and there may be residual glue when customers require it to be high. Silicone does not produce bubbles, but it is easy to produce ghosting.
